video installation - tube TV monitor, 2014 - 2017 (ongoing)
Six videos are exhibited simultaneously, on tube TV monitors placed on the floor. The non-linear narratives exhibited in the videos alternate between home videos from the artist’s childhood in the 1980’s - which include the video of her birth played on reverse, with the baby entering the mother’s womb - a compilation of videos from the internet, and current images captured by the artist. The videos range from 3 to 5 minutes each and are shown in a continuous loop.

Monitores de TV de tubo, posicionadas no chão, mostram simultaneamente vídeos que variam entre 3 a 10 minutos cada, exibidos em loop contínuo. Nos vídeos narrativas não lineares cruzam-se entre si. Exibidos nos monitores: vídeos apropriados da infância da artista e sua família, um vídeo mostrando o seu nascimento ao reverso, com o bebe adentrando o ventre materno e imagens de acontecimentos marcantes desde a década de 80 até a atualidade. O espectador é convidado a escolher a sequência e a ordem dos vídeos, criando sua própria narrativa.

On a passageway at São Paulo's city center, the artist remains lying still on the floor, covered by a white fabric. Around her, seven videos are displayed, in loop, on Tube TV monitors.
