The installation A Seita, is composed of unrecognizable objects that have been wrapped up in numerous layers of threads and fabrics, becoming new organic shapes that are displayed together as a group. As the objects inside disappear, new unidentified shapes and forms arise and gain new meaning; forms that otherwise would remain hidden by the familiar appearance of things.
These new organic forms, enclosed in themselves, can allude to cocoons, which are created by some insects that envelop themselves as a form of protection during vulnerable periods of their existence. On the other hand, these fabrics and threads that completely enclose these objects, can make reference to a kind of parasite, a tumor, or a disease that spreads around taking over an entire surface.
